Geneva Announces March 22 final dividend

Geneva Finance announces final dividend for the 31 March 22 financial year.

The board has resolved to declare a final dividend of 2.75 cents per share. The dividend will be payable on 28 June 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 14 June 2022.

Geneva Finance Managing Director, David O’Connell says, “The 2.75 cents per share final dividend represents a 10% increase on the 2.50 cents per share paid last year. The directors have determined to increase the dividend following the 22% increase in pre-tax profit reported in the profit announcement release dated 30th May.”
