Please find attached Substantial Product Holder Disclosure Notice for Geo Limited (NZX:GEO) Director Roger Sharp.

Please note that the notice relates to the pro-rata off-market transfer of ordinary shares from North Ridge Partners Pty Limited to underlying investors as part of the wind-up process for the Fund. No shares have been sold as part of this distribution. The change in % held in class is a result of dilution arising from the previous issues of new ordinary shares in which the substantial product holder did not participate, and from the above-mentioned Fund wind up.
