Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX: TAH), pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a), advises that the Board has today accepted the resignation of Diane Budres as a Director. Diane is presently in Canada and dealing with health issues. Diane's resignation is effective from 19 July 2022, at the close of the AGM.
Diane has served on the board of Third Age Health since 14 September 2021. Diane has brought a significant amount of experience and knowledge on older people’s health, plus mergers and acquisitions experience, qualities we were excited to have on the Board. While we are disappointed, we acknowledge that the right decision is to prioritise her health.
Third Age Health Chair Bevan Walsh said for the board, “We are grateful to Diane for her longstanding enthusiasm for Third Age Health and thank her for the time and dedication she has given to the board to serve shareholders, despite being effectively stuck out of the country and given her health issues we have seen her go through.
We wish Diane all the best and thank her for her devoted service."

The S&P/NZX 50 Index closed at 12,904.11, up 149.96 points or 1.18%.
Cost savings were behind the decision to delist, the company says.
