CALENDAR OF KEY DATES

Downer EDI Limited (Downer) today announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 3 November 2022 at 11.00am (AEST). Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in the Notice of Meeting, which will be provided separately.

The key shareholder dates for the remainder of 2022 are as follows:
Last day to receive director nominations 2 September 2022
Final dividend paid 28 September 2022
Notice of Annual General Meeting available 29 September 2022
Annual General Meeting 3 November 2022

Depending on circumstances, these dates may change. Any change will be advised through the Australian Securities Exchange and New Zealand Stock Exchange.
