Manawa Energy closes retail bond firm offer

Manawa Energy Limited (Manawa Energy) has today announced that following the successful bookbuild process for its offer of five year, unsecured, unsubordinated, fixed rate bonds (Bonds), it has allocated $100,000,000 of Bonds (including $25,000,000 of oversubscriptions) through the Firm Offer process, which has now closed. There was no public pool for the Firm Offer.

The Issue Margin for the Bonds has been set at 1.35% per annum and the Interest Rate for the Bonds will be announced later today.

Up to $50,000,000 of Bonds are available to existing holders of the MNW150 bonds which mature on 15 December 2022 via the Exchange Offer. The Exchange Offer opens on Friday, 26 August 2022 and closes at 12.00pm on Friday, 2 September 2022.

A copy of the Final Terms Sheet for the Bonds will be released via NZX once the Exchange Offer has closed.
