Manawa Energy sets interest rate for retail bond offer

Manawa Energy Limited (Manawa Energy) has today announced that it has set the Interest Rate for its offer of five year, unsecured, unsubordinated, fixed rate bonds (Bonds).

The Interest Rate for the Bonds has been set at 5.36% per annum, which reflects the sum of the Issue Margin of 1.35% per annum plus the Base Rate of 4.01% per annum.

The Exchange Offer will open on Friday, 26 August 2022 and close at 12.00pm on Friday, 2 September 2022.

The Bonds are expected to be issued on Thursday, 8 September 2022 and will mature on 8 September 2027. The Bonds are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market on Friday, 9 September 2022 under ticker code MNW190.

A copy of the Final Terms Sheet for the Bonds will be released via NZX shortly after the close of the Exchange Offer.
