Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations

MHM Automation (NZX: MHM) advises that its Annual Meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 27 October 2022 in Christchurch. For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, MHM advises that the closing date for director nominations is 5:00pm on 23 September 2022.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder of MHM entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting. Nominations must also be accompanied by the consent in writing of the nominated person.
