Share Buyback Paused

Investore Property Limited (Investore) announces that the on-market share buyback programme announced on 11 July 2022 has paused, effective from the close of trading on 8 September 2022, and is expected to recommence on the first business day after the market release of Investore’s interim financial statements for the period ending 30 September 2022.

Investore will continue to assess market conditions and reserves the right to further suspend without notice or terminate the share buyback programme at any time.

Investore will release a further announcement once the on-market share buyback programme recommences.
