Annual Meeting and Nomination of Directors

Bremworth Limited (NZX: BRW) advises that its 2022 Annual Meeting of shareholders will be held at 2 pm on Monday, 28th November 2022 at the Auditorium, Auckland War Memorial Museum, Auckland Domain, Parnell, Auckland 1010.

Bremworth also advises that the closing date for nominations to the Board of Directors is Friday, 30th September 2022. All nominations must be received by 5.00 pm on the closing date.
