DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Vital Limited advises that the closing date for nomination of directors, to be considered for appointment at the Company’s Annual Shareholder Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 18th October 2022, is 4pm on 3rd October 2022.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
