Director Appointment
The Board of Directors of Scott Technology Ltd (“Scott”) is pleased to announce that John Berry of JBS Australia Pty Ltd, who is currently an Alternate Director, has now been appointed Director of Scott Technology Limited, effective 21 September 2022.
Director Independence Determination
In accordance with Listing Rule 2.6.1, Scott’s Board of Directors has determined that John Berry is not an “Independent Director”, as defined by NZX Listing Rule 2.6.1 as he represents [and is employed by] Scott’s substantial shareholder, JBS Australia Pty Limited.
