Heartland publishes Annual Report and Notice of Meeting

Heartland Group Holdings Limited (Heartland) (NZX/ASX: HGH) has today published its Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2022, and the Notice of Meeting for its 2022 Annual Meeting.

Annual Report
Heartland is pleased to release its Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2022. The Annual Report is available electronically from shareholders.heartland.co.nz, and will be sent to shareholders if requested. A copy is attached to this announcement.

Annual Meeting
Heartland’s Annual Meeting will be held online on Tuesday 8 November 2022, commencing at 2pm (NZST).

The Notice of Meeting and Voting and Proxy Form are available from shareholders.heartland.co.nz and will be sent to shareholders shortly. Copies of these documents are attached.
