Notice is given that the Annual Meeting of Vital Limited (the Company or Vital) will be held at the Vital Office, Level 4, Tower B, 49 Tory Street, Te Aro, Wellington and online at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/vtl22 via the Link Market Services Virtual Annual Meeting platform, on Tuesday 18th October 2022 at 4:00pm (New Zealand time).

Shareholders will be sent the attached Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form.
