PLP/ BIF – Change of Director Announcement

Booster Investment Management Limited would like to announce that Bruce Edgar has retired as a Director of Booster Investment Management Limited, the manager of the Private Land and Property Fund and Booster Innovation Fund. Bruce’s resignation is effective from 30 September 2022.

Bruce has been a director of BIML since October 2016, spent time in an executive capacity during that period, and has contributed significantly to the BIML business over that time.

The BIML directors thank Bruce for his service to the company.
