PLP - Issuance of Units (under the Distribution Reinvestment Plan)

Pursuant to Rule 3.13.2 of the Main Board Listing Rule, Booster Investment Management Limited, in its capacity as manager of the Private Land and Property Fund (‘Fund’ or NZX:PLP), confirms it has issued an additional 425,658 ordinary units at $1.2855 per unit under the Distribution Reinvestment Plan effective 30 September 2022.

Please note that the percentage of total class of Financial Products issued is 0.460% (as a percentage of the units on issue following the previous allotment of units announced on 30 September 2022)
