Kiwi Property completes unconditional Northlands sale

Kiwi Property has advised that its sale of the Northlands Shopping Centre and 43 Langdons Road to Mackersy Northlands Limited Partnership is now unconditional.

Settlement is due to take place on 30 November 2022 and no vendor finance will be required.
