Please see attached ongoing disclosure notice for director and senior manager relevant interests in relation to the Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) for transactions undertaken on 3 October and 5 October 2022. The transactions include Booster Financial Services Limited (the parent company of the Manager) purchasing units from the Fund and offering these units of the NZX Main Board, as announced on 30 September 2022.
