PLP D&O Ongoing Disclosure of Relevant Interests

Please see attached ongoing disclosure notice for director and senior manager relevant interests in relation to the Private Land and Property Fund (PLP) for transactions undertaken on 30 September 2022 and 3 October. The transactions are the result of a distribution reinvestment and Booster Financial Services Limited (the parent company of the Manager) purchasing units on-market and redeeming units with the Fund, as announced on 30 September 2022.
