FWL Notice of 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Foley Wines Limited (FWL) have today provided a copy of the Notice of Meeting for the 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which is to be held on Thursday 17 November 2022 at Shed 5, Queens Wharf, Wellington, commencing at 10.30am. The documents to be sent to Shareholders today will include a personalised Voting/Proxy Form.

Results of the voting will be posted on the NZX website and the Company’s website following the conclusion of the Annual Meeting and finalisation of the voting results.
