Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it agreed on 13 October 2022 to allot 100,000 ordinary shares at 257.5p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share as at the close of business on 13 October 2022 was 251.7p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 17 October 2022. As at 17 October 2022 the issued share capital and total voting rights will be 155,048,564.
