At Skellerup Holdings Limited’s Annual Shareholder Meeting, held in Auckland and online today, shareholders approved the three resolutions put to the Meeting.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• Re-election of David Mair as a Director of the Company
• Election of Rachel Farrant as a Director of the Company
• Authorisation of Directors to fix remuneration of auditors for FY23
