CORRECTION TO REPLACEMENT SCHEME BOOKLET

thl notes Apollo Tourism & Leisure Ltd’s (ATL) recent announcement that an incorrect version of the Replacement Scheme Booklet was inadvertently released earlier today.

A copy of ATL’s announcement, which also contains a copy of the correct Replacement Scheme Booklet, is attached. ATL’s announcement notes that the changes include swapping the positions of sections 9.8 and 9.9 (and consequential changes to references to those sections) and minor corrections.
