NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of the issuer, it has placed a trading halt on Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited ("ANZ") ordinary shares. The halt was placed at premarket open today, Thursday, 27 October 2022.

ANZ will shortly issue announcements relating to ANZ’s Full Year Results.

The trading halt will remain in place until the release of the announcements or market open on Monday, 31 October 2022
