NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of the issuer, it has placed a trading halt on Pushpay Holdings Limited (“PPH”) ordinary shares. The halt was placed at premarket open today, Friday, 28 October 2022.
The trading halt has been put in place pending the release of an announcement from the issuer.
The trading halt will remain in place until the release of the announcement or market open on Monday, 31 October 2022.
