KMD Brands Limited – Notice of Dividend Currency Exchange Rate – 2022 Final Dividend

On 20 September 2022 we announced a final dividend for the period ended 31 July 2022 of 3.0 NZ cents per share. The record date for the dividend was 10 November 2022. The following table details the currency exchange rate applicable for the dividend:
