Argosy Property Limited (‘Argosy’ or ‘the Company’) has announced a second quarter (for the period to 30 September 2022) cash dividend for the 2023 financial year of 1.6625 cents per share.
As Argosy is a PIE, the dividend can be treated as excluded income for New Zealand income tax purposes. Imputation credits of 0.159398 cents per share will be attached to the dividend representing income tax paid by the Company. Overseas investors will receive an additional supplementary dividend of 0.072332 cents per share to offset non-resident withholding tax.
The record date for the dividend is 7 December 2022 and the payment date is 21 December 2022.
The Company has suspended its Dividend Reinvestment Plan ('DRP').
