Goodwood Capital Limited (NZX: GWC) advise that all resolutions were passed at the meeting of shareholders held at 10.30am this morning by the required majorities. Details of the voting are attached.
Accordingly the acquisition of WasteCo Holdings NZ Limited is now unconditional. The transaction is expected to settle shortly.
