Appointment of Anne Urlwin as a Director of Infratil

Infratil Chair, Alison Gerry, today announced the appointment of Anne Urlwin to the Infratil Board.

“Anne is an experienced and well-respected governance professional. Her current governance roles include directorships of publicly listed Precinct Properties, Vector and Ventia and previously as a director of publicly listed Tilt Renewables, Chorus and Meridian Energy.”

Anne has a BCom from the University of Canterbury, is an FCA, CFInstD and was awarded a New Zealand Order of Merit for services to business in the 2022 Queens Birthday Honours.

Anne’s appointment will take effect from 1 January 2023. She will chair Infratil Audit and Risk Committee, taking over from Mark Tume, who retires on 31 December 2022. Consistent with the constitution, Anne will be required to retire and seek election at the 2023 annual meeting.

Infratil considers that Anne is an independent director.
