Subject: Smiths City Group Limited (in receivership) (“SCY”) - Delisting

Message:

Further to the announcement made by Smiths City Group Limited (“SCY”) on Wednesday, 1 February 2023, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that SCY will be delisting from the NZX Main Board (NZSX).

Trading in SCY has been suspended since Monday, 18 May 2020, and the suspension will not be lifted prior to SCY delisting.

Subject to meeting the standard NZX delisting conditions, SCY ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and SCY will delist from close of business on Thursday, 9 February 2023.
