Cooks Coffee Company Limited (NZX: CCC) has issued 221,596 new shares at NZ$0.36 (£0.18) in part placement of the shortfall from its 2022 rights issue.
Accordingly, CCC currently has 59,519,348 quoted ordinary shares and 1,207,000 unquoted non-voting shares (which may be reclassified on notice as quoted ordinary shares) on issue.
