Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it agreed on 13 February 2023 to allot 100,000 ordinary shares at 282.5p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share as at the close of business on 13 February 2023 was 272.4p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 15 February 2023, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 158,883,564.
