Message:

As per its announcement of 15 February 2023, Ryman Healthcare Limited (RYM) is undertaking a fully underwritten 1 for 2.81 Pro Rata Accelerated Renounceable Entitlement Offer, with Retail Entitlements to be quoted and traded on the NZX Main Board.

Under the Offer, Eligible Retail Shareholders are being invited to subscribe for New Shares, at an Offer Price of $5.00 per share.

The Offer is open to Eligible Shareholders and Eligible Purchasers of Entitlements in New Zealand, Australia and a limited number of other jurisdictions. Information about the Offer, including on the eligibility criteria and how to participate, is set out in the Offer Document announced today by RYM. The Retail Entitlements will be trading under the ticker code “RYMRA” and ISIN “NZRYME0002S2”. RYMRA will be trading on a deferred settlement basis from Monday, 20 February until COB Thursday, 23 February. Settlement for these trades will occur on Tuesday, 28 February. Trading in RYMRA will be on a normal settlement basis from Friday, 24 February until the last date of Retail Entitlement trading on Tuesday, 28 February 2023.
