Resignation of Chief Financial Officer


The Board of NZ Automotive Investments Limited advises that CFO Haydn Marks has tendered his resignation to pursue other interests, with effect from 30 June 2023. Haydn will remain in his role as CFO over his notice period.

During his tenure, Haydn has helped to list the Company and transition it into the listed environment, navigate through COVID disruptions, shape strategy and more recently working with the Board and new management to position the Company for future success.

CEO Paul Millward said ”On behalf of the team at NZAI I would like to thank Haydn for his contribution to NZAI over the past few years and wish him well in his future endeavours”.

NZAI will commence a comprehensive executive search process for a CFO and will provide a further market update in due course.
