Director retiring from the board at Annual Meeting
Adrian Fonseca has advised Embark Education Group Limited (NZX/ ASX: EVO) that he has decided to retire from the EVO board and will not be seeking re-election at the expiry of his current term at the coming Annual Meeting of Shareholders (ASM) which is scheduled to be held in June 2023.
Embark Chair Hamish Stevens thanked Adrian for his contributions as a Director.
“We appreciate Adrian’s valuable contribution to the Company since he joined the Board in September 2019 and particularly over the last twelve months during the Company’s recent change of strategic direction. We wish Adrian all the best for the future”.
With his decision not to seek re-election to the Board, Mr Fonseca will cease to be a Director at the end of the coming ASM.
