Pushpay receives sealed Final Orders for Scheme of Arrangement

On 8 May 2023, Pushpay Holdings Limited (NZSX:PPH, ASX:PPH, ‘Pushpay’) announced that it had been granted final orders from the High Court in respect of the Scheme of Arrangement proposed by Pegasus Bidco Limited. A copy of the sealed final orders of the High Court is attached.
