Results of Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited 2023 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting


During Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited’s 26th Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, held as a hybrid meeting today, shareholders were asked to vote on one resolution, which was supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolution passed by shareholders was as follows:

That the Board of Directors be authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the ensuing year.
