At Briscoe Group Limited’s shareholder meeting, held today at Level 28, Lumley Centre, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland, and also online, shareholders were asked to vote on 3 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That Anthony (Tony) Batterton, who will retire by rotation at the close of the Annual Meeting in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.7.1 and the Company's Constitution, be re-elected as a Director of the Company.
• That Richard Andrew (Andy) Coupe, who will retire by rotation at the close of the Annual Meeting in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.7.1 and the Company's Constitution, be re-elected as a Director of the Company.
• It be recorded that PricewaterhouseCoopers will continue in office as the Company’s auditor and that the Board of Directors be authorised to fix the remuneration of PricewaterhouseCoopers for the ensuing year.
