Auckland 14 June 2023, Good Spirits Hospitality Limited (NZX:GSH) advises that it has accepted the resignation of BDO as external auditor of GSH. UHY Haines Norton will be appointed as GSH’s new external auditor for the financial year ending 30 June 2023.
