Rakon Limited (RAK) Notification of closing date for Director nominations

Rakon Limited plans to hold its 2023 Annual Meeting of shareholders on 16 August 2023. The time and location and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting which will be sent to all shareholders in due course.

In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Rakon Limited advises that the closing date for director nominations is Friday 30 June 2023.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
