Embark – Final Court Orders granted for Australian re-domiciling and NZX delisting

Embark Education Group Limited (Embark) (NZX: EVO, ASX: EVO) obtained shareholder approval at its Annual Meeting held on 6 June 2023 to re-domicile Embark by listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and delist on the NZX.

Final court orders from the New Zealand High Court to implement the scheme of arrangement approved by shareholders were granted on 20 June 2023. Accordingly, Embark confirms the re-domiciling of Embark by listing on the ASX and delisting on the NZX will therefore proceed as anticipated on the revised timetable released on the NZX and ASX on 2 June 2023.

The timetable is set out in the attachment for ease of reference.
