Subject: Comvita Limited (“CVT”) - Trading Halt of Securities

NZ RegCo advises that it has placed a trading halt on Comvita Limited (“CVT”) securities. The halt was placed at premarket open today, Monday, 3 July 2023.

The trading halt will remain in place pending the release of further information relating to the announcement released by CVT this morning (titled “Comvita sign multimillion dollar MOU in China”), on the entry into a significant long-term partnership with Olé supermarkets in China.
