New Independent Director Appointment

Black Pearl Group Limited (BPG), is pleased to announce the appointment of Hugo Fisher as an Independent Director and the transition of Cherryl Pressley to Executive Director and Chief Revenue Officer, with effect today.

Hugo Fisher brings over 25 years of experience in both local and international financial markets. Hugo has built a network of trusted financial and investment industry participants around the world (including kiwi saver providers, institutional investors, US mutual funds, multi strategy hedge funds, private equity and venture capital investors). Hugo holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Otago, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia (SIA).

Cherryl Pressley, with her extensive background, will assume the position of Chief Revenue Officer. With over 17 years of combined experience as a Senior Director of Worldwide Distribution at Microsoft and Head of Scale Partnerships for Google, Cherryl brings a wealth of knowledge in revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
