WasteCo announces senior manager appointment

WasteCo is pleased to announce the appointment of Nigel Franklin as Director - Finance with effect from 14 August 2023. Nigel has been with WasteCo since the beginning of 2023 as Head of Acquisitions, and with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, he will be a valuable asset to the WasteCo senior management team.

Since WasteCo's reverse listing on the NZX in December 2022, the Board of WasteCo has been working to ensure the successful transition from a privately owned to a listed company. Part of that transition has been to review, on an ongoing basis, the appropriate management structure and risk management processes required for the business. This may result in further changes to the senior management team.

Nigel's appointment is part of the evolution of WasteCo and helps position us to take advantage of the growth opportunities that exist for the business moving forward.
