Results of 2023 Annual Shareholder Meeting

At Third Age Health Services Limited’s shareholder meeting, held in person and online yesterday 15 August 2023 at 2pm, shareholders were asked to vote on 2 resolutions. Resolution 2 was not supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.


The resolutions voted on by shareholders were:

• That the directors of Third Age Health be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor for the coming year.
• That Warren William Flaunty be elected as a director of Third Age Health
