2023 annual shareholder meeting results
At Trade Window Holdings Limited’s (NZX: TWL) annual meeting of shareholders held online today, shareholders were asked to vote on two ordinary resolutions.
All voting was conducted by a poll, as required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1. The resolutions passed by shareholders and as set out in full in the Notice of Meeting were:
1. Authorisation to fix auditor’s remuneration for the ensuing year.
For: 81,442,576 (99.98%)
Votes Against: 14,706 (0.02%)
Total Votes: 81,457,282
% of Issued Capital: (71.78%)
Abstain: 27,144
2. Approval of issue of shares to nChain UK Limited
For: 80,979,589 (99.44%)
Votes Against: 452,392 (0.56%)
Total Votes: 81,431,981
% of Issued Capital: (71.76%)
Abstain: 52,445
