EXTERNAL AUDITOR UPDATE
EBOS Group Limited (NZX/ ASX: EBO) advises that the Board has decided to retain Deloitte as EBOS’ external auditor for the financial years ending 30 June 2024 through to 30 June 2026.
The retention of Deloitte follows a thorough request for proposal process that was overseen by the Audit and Risk Committee of EBOS.
