Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
MHM Automation (NZX: MHM) advises that its Annual Meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 8 November 2023 in Christchurch.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, MHM advises that the closing date for director nominations is 5:00pm on 22 September 2023.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder of MHM entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting. Nominations must also be accompanied by the consent in writing of the nominated person.
