Pursuant to the terms of TASK's Employee Share Option Scheme, the subject options lapsed following the cessation of
employment of key management personnel (362,764 options held by Andre Gaylard and 225,571 options held by Kathryn
Byrne).

Pursuant to the terms of TASK's Restricted Share Units Scheme, the subject RSUs lapsed following the cessation of
employment of key management personnel (394,034 RSUs held by Andre Gaylard and 353,402 RSUs held by Kathryn
Byrne).
