2023 ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING DATE AND NOMINATION OF DIRECTORS


2023 Annual Meeting Date

The Annual Meeting of shareholders of NZ Windfarms Limited (NZX Code: NWF) will be held in Palmerston North (venue TBA) on Thursday, 26 October 2023 and online via the Link Market Services web link www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/NWF23, commencing at 2:00pm.

Nomination of Directors

NWF confirms that the period during which shareholders may nominate persons to be considered to be directors of NWF at the next Annual Meeting opens today and closes at 5pm on Thursday 28 September 2023.
