Auckland Airport 2023 Annual Meeting

Investors are invited to join Auckland Airport’s 2023 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, to be held at 10.00am on 17 October 2023 at Eden Park, 42 Reimers Avenue, Kingsland, Auckland.

Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form

Please see attached Auckland International Airport Limited’s Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form.

The Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form will be emailed to shareholders who have provided the company’s share registrar with an email address and mailed in hard copy where the share registrar does not have an email address. Electronic copies of the documents are also available on the company’s website, https://corporate.aucklandairport.co.nz/investors/annual-meeting.
